Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

Delivery Guarantee

If 30 days pass after your order has shipped without any tracking updates, please contact us at info@phantomkicks.com. We will either:

  • Send a replacement + a free bonus item, or
  • Issue a full refund — your choice.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Address: Make sure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • Order Changes: Changes and cancellations must be requested before the order ships.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide!
  • Prices are listed in USD ($).
  • Your bank will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.
  • No extra fees are charged for currency conversion.
