Return Policy

We accept returns or refunds within 7 days of the delivery date for most items, provided the return meets our eligibility criteria.

  • Returns must be based on reasonable grounds — such as clear flaws in sizing, quality, or wrong items received. A simple change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return.
  • We reserve the right to assess whether a return request qualifies.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Wrong item or defective product: Return shipping is free.
  • Other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Lost Packages

If your package wasn't delivered and no refund was issued:

  • It may be due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Shipping labels are generated exactly as entered during the order.
  • Please always double-check your address carefully.
  • If you suspect a delivery error caused by us, contact info@phantomkicks.com — we'll help resolve it.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven't received your refund after this period:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company for processing delays.

  • ⚠️ Refunds cannot be processed before returned items are physically received and approved.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Two options for exchanges:

  • Return and Exchange: Send the original product back (return shipping paid by customer), and we’ll ship the new item after approval.
  • Discount Option: Receive a 50% discount code to place a new order immediately without needing to return the original item.
